Celtic Business Development Corporation (CBDC Celtic) is a community-based organization dedicated to providing business development services to all communities in the area from Goulds/Petty Harbour to Riverhead in St. Mary's Bay. As CBDCs, we assist in the creation of small businesses and startups and in the expansion and modernization of existing businesses by providing financial and technical services to entrepreneurs.
